Who We Are
We’re a lean crew of former builders, operators, analysts, and very tired spreadsheet optimists. After years in data, our founder realized the tools were built for engineers, not for the teams who actually needed answers. So we changed that.
No legacy code. No 50-person data team. Just a sharp, curious group building what we wished existed sooner.
What We Think
Let’s be honest: most tools are built for people who already know everything. We built Pliable for teams doing ten jobs at once, who don’t have a dedicated analytics engineering team (they might have a Kevin), but still need answers.
We believe:
- AI can't fix chaos; it requires structure
- Collaboration shouldn't mean translation. It's possible for both engineers and business teams to be literally on the same page, in the same platform.
- Solving business problems is more important than writing code.
- And no, "revenue" shouldn't mean five different things depending on the dashboard.
